Welcome to Crederoom. These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Investor", "You") and Crederoom Inc. ("Crederoom", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing every aspect of your access to and use of the crederoom.com website, mobile applications, AI trading engine, investor dashboard and any related products or services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds or merely browsing crederoom.com, you confirm that you have carefully read, fully understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account.
These Terms are drafted in deliberately clear, plain English — no hidden traps, no fine-print loopholes, no legal theatre. Crederoom believes that an investor-first platform must be governed by investor-first terms. Every clause below reflects our genuine day-to-day practice on crederoom.com and is enforced consistently across our global membership of 30,000+ active investors in 47+ jurisdictions.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating a Crederoom account, submitting any form on crederoom.com, depositing funds, activating the AI trader or using any feature of the Platform in any way, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read these Terms in their entirety;
- You fully understand all rights and obligations they create;
- You accept them without reservation, condition or modification;
- You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter this Agreement;
- Your use of Crederoom constitutes your electronic signature on this document.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity, trust or partnership, you additionally represent that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity itself agrees to them.

Attempting to access crederoom.com from a Restricted Jurisdiction — including through the use of VPN, proxy servers or other anonymisation tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable law.
4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

6. The AI Trading Engine — How It Works
The core of Crederoom is a quantum-inspired, self-learning AI trading engine that autonomously executes algorithmic strategies on your behalf. By activating the engine, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All trades are initiated automatically by the AI without requiring your real-time confirmation;
- Trading strategies, position sizes and asset selections are determined entirely by the algorithm;
- Trading involves inherent market risk, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital;
- Historical performance figures do not constitute a guarantee of future returns;
- The AI engine operates 24/7/365 across global markets and may execute hundreds of trades per day on your account;
- You may pause, resume or adjust risk parameters of the AI engine at any time through your dashboard.
7. Fees, Commissions & Revenue Sharing
Crederoom operates on a radically transparent fee model:
- Account creation: free;
- Deposits: free (only third-party payment-processor fees may apply);
- Platform management fee: 0% — no monthly subscriptions, no hidden charges;
- Performance fee: 20% of net profits generated by the AI engine (industry-standard carry structure);
- Withdrawal fee: 0% platform fee + blockchain network gas fees only;
- Inactivity fee: none;
- Account closure fee: none.
All fees are displayed in real time inside your investor dashboard and are deducted automatically from generated profits — never from your principal deposit.
8. Investment Risks & Disclaimers
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Participation in automated cryptocurrency trading on Crederoom carries significant financial risks, including but not limited to:
- Market volatility risk: cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and prices can move dramatically in short periods;
- Capital loss risk: you may lose some or all of your invested capital;
- Technology risk: smart-contract bugs, blockchain network failures or AI-model errors may impact performance;
- Regulatory risk: changes in cryptocurrency regulations may affect Platform availability in your jurisdiction;
- Liquidity risk: extreme market conditions may temporarily impact withdrawal processing times;
- Counterparty risk: third-party liquidity providers and custodians may experience operational disruptions.
You expressly acknowledge that Crederoom does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. The Platform is a technology tool, not a licensed financial advisor. You should consult qualified independent professionals before making any investment decisions. Only invest capital you can genuinely afford to lose.

- Creating multiple accounts under the same identity or using false identity information;

10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual designs and underlying technology comprising crederoom.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Crederoom Inc. or its licensors, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent and trade-secret laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for its intended personal investment purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, public display or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of applicable law.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
Crederoom reserves the unilateral right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- You have violated any provision of these Terms;
- You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity;
- You have provided false, misleading or incomplete information during KYC;
- Your account has been compromised and poses a security risk;
- Continued provision of services would violate applicable law;
- You have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
Upon termination, your lawfully accrued principal and verified profits (minus any outstanding fees) will be returned to a verified wallet address within 30 business days, subject to applicable regulatory holds. You may also voluntarily close your account at any moment from the dashboard settings.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crederoom Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Crederoom during the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $1,000 USD.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Crederoom Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Platform; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Canada under its Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Toronto, Ontario. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a competent court.
15. Force Majeure
Crederoom shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, sanctions, embargoes, pandemics, blockchain network failures, exchange outages, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks or any other force majeure event. During such events, Platform functionality may be temporarily limited or suspended without liability to any user.
16. Modifications to These Terms
Crederoom reserves the right to modify, update or revise these Terms at any time at its sole discretion to reflect changes in applicable law, Platform functionality or business practices. When material changes are introduced, we will notify registered users through dashboard notification and/or email with at least 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
17. Communications & Notices
By creating a Crederoom account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including transactional notifications, security alerts, service updates and (where opted in) marketing communications. Official notices from Crederoom will be sent to your registered email address or displayed inside your investor dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. Notices to Crederoom should be sent to [email protected] or by registered mail to our Toronto headquarters.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML/KYC Policy and any other legal documents published on crederoom.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crederoom Inc. regarding your use of the Platform, superseding all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations or warranties, whether written or oral.
20. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of Crederoom. Crederoom may freely assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all its assets, with notice to affected users where legally required.
21. No Waiver
Failure by Crederoom to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Crederoom Inc.
22. Language
